Once harvested, Fresh Pac’s Italian zucchini and yellow squash professionally packed in recyclable Kraft cartons and RPC’s.

Summer squash is high in vitamin C, fat-free, sodium-free, cholesterol-free and low in calories.  Fresh Pac squash are extremely versatile – they can be served as grilled, fried, baked side dish or used in soups.

Squash are sensitive to extreme temperature ranges and should be stored at 36 to 40 degrees.
